Return Eligibility: We request the product to be in its initial condition, unaltered, and housed within its original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase, to qualify for a return.

Damages and Issues

It is recommended to immediately inspect the items upon receipt. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive incorrect products, notify us promptly, so we can address and rectify the situation.

Please note, we do not entertain returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We encourage you to contact us if you have queries or concerns regarding the returnability of your items.

Sale items and gift cards are exempt from being returned.


For expedited service, we suggest returning your original item, and once accepted, place a separate order for the new product. This ensures the availability of the item and quickens the process.


Upon the receipt and inspection of your return, we will inform you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Do note that banks or credit card issuers might take additional time to process and post the refund.
